Steam Games
A compact SQLite database containing factual Steam game metadata: identifiers and names, release dates, estimated owner ranges, prices, platform support, scores and numerical statistics, plus normalized relationships to developers, publishers, genres, categories, languages, and tags.
Descriptions, quoted reviews, content notes, marketing text, contact details, websites, artwork, screenshots, movies, and other media URLs are excluded. Prices are in US dollars and only reflect the source snapshot; SteamSpy values are estimates. One of 125,855 source records is omitted because its game name is empty.
Source and rights notice: The release is an unofficial transformation of version 44 of the Steam Games Dataset maintained by Martin Bustos / Fronkon Games. Kaggle identifies the dataset as MIT-licensed. The MIT license applies only to rights the licensor is entitled to grant; rights belonging to Valve, game developers, publishers, and other third parties remain unaffected. Steam and individual game names and marks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation with or endorsement by Valve, Steam, SteamSpy, developers, or publishers is claimed. The data is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or currency.
